Peanut Butter Yoghurt Bowl

Every peanut butter fans dream ...


· 1 cup of almond milk — or your preferred milk

· 1 cup of ice

· ¼ cup of creamy peanut butter

· 1 tablespoon of chia seeds

· 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

· 2 frozen bananas


1. Put all ingredients into a blender, and puree until creamy and smooth

2. Pour into individual bowls and sprinkle with your favourite toppings

TIP: Add your favourite protein powder for a post/pre gym snack.
