INGREDIENTS:
10 popsicle moulds and sticks for each
450g of frozen pitted cherries
10 fresh pitted cherries (cut into quarters)
1 cup Village Dairy Sweet & Creamy Greek Pot Set Natural Yoghurt
2 tablespoons honey
METHOD:
Defrost the frozen cherries and blend until smooth in a blender or food processor.
In a bowl, mix in the Village Dairy Sweet & Creamy Greek Pot Set Natural Yoghurt with honey, and add in the chunks of fresh cherries.
Setup the popsicle moulds and layer each mould with the cherry puree, the yoghurt mixture and then the cherry puree again until full.
Stick a popsicle stick in each mould and place in the freezer for about 4 hours or until frozen.
Remove from the moulds and serve to enjoy! Tip: To remove from the mould, dip the popsicle mould in a bowl of warm water for a few seconds and gently pull on the stick.
