You will need…
⅔ cup Village Greek Yoghurt
2 tsp vanilla
2 ½ cups of flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 cup of packed brown sugar
½ cup of sugar
2 cups of chocolate chips
Method:
Combine the flour, baking soda and salt.
Beat together the eggs and the sugars
Add the yoghurt and vanilla
Gradually stir in the flour
Finally, add the chocolate chips
Using a tablespoon of dough, roll into balls and place on a prepared tray
Bake at 190 degrees Celsius for 9 – 11 minutes
Cool on rack
