Greek yoghurt chocolate chip cookies




You will need…

  • ⅔ cup Village Greek Yoghurt

  • 2 tsp vanilla

  • 2 ½ cups of flour

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 cup of packed brown sugar

  • ½ cup of sugar

  • 2 cups of chocolate chips

Method:

  1. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt.

  2. Beat together the eggs and the sugars

  3. Add the yoghurt and vanilla

  4. Gradually stir in the flour

  5. Finally, add the chocolate chips

  6. Using a tablespoon of dough, roll into balls and place on a prepared tray

  7. Bake at 190 degrees Celsius for 9 – 11 minutes

  8. Cool on rack
