Yoghurt + cinnamon, honey & walnuts
Direction: Coarsely grate carrots and toss with honey and cinnamon. Place over yoghurt and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
Yoghurt + cherries & red wine
Directions: Pit and coarsely chop cherries. Add to a saucepan with a few tablespoons of full bodied red wine and a pinch of sugar. Simmer until the liquid is thickened, then cool and serve over yoghurt.
Yoghurt + strawberries, maple syrup and balsamic vinegar
Directions: Whisk together balsamic vinegar and maple syrup in a bowl. Add the berries and set aside to soak for 30 minutes. Place onto your yoghurt.
Yoghurt + orange, dark chocolate & pistachios
Directions: Dice the orange and place over yoghurt. Chopp the dark chocolate and pistachios and sprinkle over the top.
Yoghurt + fresh pineapple, toasted coconut & hazelnuts
Directions: Slice and dice the pineapple and add onto yoghurt. Add the toasted coconut and hazelnuts.
