Yoghurt Protein Balls

What can be better than these delicious protein filled treats? Perfect for on the go, these lemon protein balls are low carb and have the perfect combination of sweet and zesty to tingle your taste buds!




Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of Village Dairy Greek Style Thick and Creamy Yoghurt

  • 1 ½ scoop Protein Powder of your choice (we recommend a vanilla whey protein)

  • 1 ½ cups of Coconut Flour

  • Desiccated Coconut

  • 1 Zest of a Lemon


Method:

  1. Add all the ingredients to one large bowl and mix - we find it easier to mix with our hands!

  2. Use a spoon to portion out bite sized sections of the mixture, then use your hands to roll them into balls.

  3. Lay the protein balls on a tray and refrigerate for 30 mins

  4. Enjoy!
