Ingredients:
2 cups of blueberries
2 tablespoons agave or honey
3 cups Village Greek Yoghurt
Popsicle molds
Method:
Blend the blueberries in a food processor or blender on high speed until nearly liquified into a smooth consistency.
Pour the blueberry liquid into a large bowl. Stir in the agave or honey. Add in the yoghurt and very gently mix everything together. To get a tie dye swirl look to your popsicles do not fully blend the yoghurt and blueberries.
Pour the mixture evenly into each popsicle mold. Freeze for 4-6 hours or overnight
Run popsicle molds under warm water to easily remove. Enjoy on a hot afternoon!
