Blueberry and Yoghurt Popsicles



Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of blueberries

  • 2 tablespoons agave or honey

  • 3 cups Village Greek Yoghurt

  • Popsicle molds

Method:

  1. Blend the blueberries in a food processor or blender on high speed until nearly liquified into a smooth consistency.

  2. Pour the blueberry liquid into a large bowl. Stir in the agave or honey. Add in the yoghurt and very gently mix everything together. To get a tie dye swirl look to your popsicles do not fully blend the yoghurt and blueberries.

  3. Pour the mixture evenly into each popsicle mold. Freeze for 4-6 hours or overnight

  4. Run popsicle molds under warm water to easily remove. Enjoy on a hot afternoon!
