Breakfast Recipe: Grilled Peaches with Granola and Yoghurt
1 1/2 tablespoons powdered sugar
4 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup granola
Mint leaves to garnish (optional)
Halve and pit the peaches.
Stir in the ground cinnamon and 1/2 a tablespoon of sugar with melted butter.
Brush the melted butter mixture on the flesh side of the peaches and place on the grill with the skin side up. Cook for about 3-5 minutes until you see the caramelisation.
In a bowl, whisk together the Village Dairy Sweet & Creamy Greek Pot Set Natural Yoghurt and 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar.
To serve: place the grilled peaches on a plate, add a few dollops of the yoghurt mixture and a handful of granola over the peaches. Garnish with mint leaves and enjoy this delicious breakfast!
