  • 8 to 10 slices of bread of your choice

  • 1/4 cup cabbage (finely chopped)

  • 1/4 cup carrots (grated)

  • 1/4 cup canned corn kernels

  • 1/4 cup capsicum (finely chopped)

  • 2 tablespoons coriander leaves (finely chopped)

  • 2 tablespoons onions (finely chopped)

  • 1/2 cup Village Dairy Indian Dahi Pot Set Natural Yoghurt

  • Butter as required

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • Chilli flakes according to your liking


  1. To make the sandwich stuffing, bring together the cabbage, carrot, corn kernels, capsicum, coriander leaves and onion in a big mixing bowl.

  2. Add in the yoghurt and mix well.

  3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

  4. Add in some chilli flakes for your preferred level of spiciness.

  5. To make the sandwich, preheat the sandwich maker.

  6. Spread butter on both sides of the bread slices and fill the sandwiches with the prepared stuffing.

  7. Place on the sandwich maker and grill/toast until crisp and golden brown.

  8. Transfer on to a place and serve these mouth watering dahi sandwiches while still hot! Pair with a dip, sauce or chutney of your choice for extra enjoyment.
