Ingredients:
3 handfuls baby spinach
1 clove peeled garlic
2 tablespoon fresh ginger, sliced
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
¼ teaspoon ground turmeric
¼ teaspoon wasabi powder
1 cup of chicken or vegetable broth
½ cup coconut milk
Pinch of salt
Black pepper to taste
Squeeze of fresh lemon or lime
Garnish:
Dollop of Village Dairy Greek Yoghurt
Chilli flakes
Pepper
Method:
Place the first 11 ingredients into a high speed blender and then heat on stove top.
Pour into bowls and top with a dollop of Village yoghurt and chilli flakes. Enjoy!
