  • 1 cup flour

  • 2 tablespoons sugar

  • 1 ¼ teaspoons baking powder

  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • 1 cup of Village Natural Yoghurt

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 tablespoons of butter melted


  1. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.

  2. In another bowl mix in the yoghurt and eggs together

  3. Add the yoghurt and egg mixture into the flour mixture and stir to combine.

  4. Stir in the melted butter

  5. Heat a large frying pan over medium high heat with olive oil. Spoon the batter into even cakes on the frying pan. Let cook until bubbles and then flip using a spatula.

  6. Transfer pancakes onto a large plate. Serve with your favourite toppings. Enjoy!
