Pineapple Raita with Pomegranate Seeds
1/2 cup pineapple, cut into cubes
1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
1 teaspoon cumin powder (roasted)
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
2 tablespoons coriander leaves (chopped)
Sugar to taste
Salt to taste
In a bowl, whip the Village Dairy Indian Dahi Pot Set Natural Yoghurt until smooth.
Mix in the cumin powder and chilli powder with the curd, along with sugar and salt to your liking.
Add in pineapple cubes, half of the pomegranate seeds and chopped coriander to the yoghurt mixture.
Refrigerate until serving time.
To serve, garnish with the remaining pomegranate and coriander leaves, and serve immediately. Tip: Pairs well with North Indian dishes and spicy food
