Village top healthy breakfast ideas

Breakfast smoothie

You will need ½ cup of rolled oats, 2 ripe bananas, ½ cup frozen berries, almond milk and 1 cup of Village Dairy Greek Yoghurt. Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour into cups and enjoy!




Chia pudding

You will need 1 cup of Village dairy yoghurt, 1 cup of milk (cow or plant base), 1 tablespoon of honey, ⅓ cup of chia seeds and fresh berries. In a bowl whisk together the yoghurt, milk and honey. Add in the chia seeds and whisk until evenly dispersed throughout the liquid. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours. Serve with berries.


Brekkie bowl

For a quick and easy breakfast bowl all you will need is your favourite granola, coconut flakes, your favourite Village Dairy Yoghurt, sliced up banana, strawberry, blueberries and kiwi. Place your yoghurt followed by your granola into a large bowl. Place sliced up fruit around the bowl and sprinkle over some coconut flakes. enjoy!
