Your everyday comfort food can be healthier with the Village Dairy Greek Style Yoghurt! Here’s how to make it.
2 cups of pasta
1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
4 green onions, chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 ½ cups of Village Dairy Greek Style Yoghurt
2 tbsp of all-purpose-flour
¼ cups of Tasty cheese, grated
¼ cups of Parmesan, grated
¼ cups of fresh dills, roughly chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Cook the pasta in pot of boiling water until tender. Drain out the water then set aside.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan on medium to high heat. Add the spring onions and cook until soft. Add the garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant. Add mixture to pasta and stir well.
Mix the yoghurt and flour in a separate bowl. Add some dills to the mixture and season with salt and pepper. Add the mixture to the pasta. Stir well to coat.
Preheat the oven to 190C/170C fan-forced. Place the mixture in an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle cheese over the mixture and bake for 20-25 minute until golden. Serve immediately.
